We will exchange your mattress at no cost to you due to material or manufacture defects. This warranty policy will be honored for the original purchaser for up to 5 years from the date of purchase, and for up to 1 replacement mattress.  Proof of purchase required. Email us and tell us all about it- we'll make it right!  *It's always best to include photos if possible* We do not accept returns for refunds. If we are exchanging an item determined defective, you will receive an RMA number. Any items returned without this cannot be accepted.

Shipping Damage:

We will exchange your mattress due to shipping damage IF: there is a photo of the damaged box provided upon receiving and BEFORE opening your package. If you find this shipping damage has caused damage to your mattress, this proof is used to insure the package through the sending party, and allows for you to receive a new exchange mattress at no cost to you. If this happens, please immediately snap a photo and email us. We'll handle the rest! A quick picture taken is a quick hassle free replacement. We do not accept returns for refunds.

FOR KICKSTARTER ORDERS:  We will honor the policies as stated above if there happens to be a defect with yours. We will not be issuing refunds for any kickstarter reward item.

Returns We Won't Accept:

We will not accept the return or exchange of any mattress that has any form of "slit" or "cut" in it that is not proven shipping damage. Please...PLEASE, open your package carefully.

What this Warranty does NOT cover:

Normal wear and tear from use over time. This warrranty also does not cover damage caused by any unintended use or neglect to follow warning labels and instructions for use and care.
